My name is Janusz Michalczyk, I am retired, I am 76 years old. I started my adventure with phillumenistic collection in 1962. Numerous domestic and foreign correspondence has led to the collection of quite a large collection of various match labels and packages from all over the world. I am participating in the PHILLONEX exhibition for the second time, it is a pleasant fun for me, where I can present what others do not have. The topic that I will present is "TUBA" type match packages. Round packages of various sizes filled with matches with colored heads are "TUBES". My collection of this type of domestic and foreign match packages numbers over 400 pieces. Most domestic "TUBA" type packaging is covered with heat shrink fiolm, which protects them from damage for many years. The largest ones include Merry Christmas tubes, 295 mm high, 65 and 52 mm in diameter. The remaining large tubes are 275 mm high and 65 and 52 mm in diameter, small tubes have different dimensions. The tubes are presented in series and in single designs. I would be happy to start correspondence with countries that are exotic to me, the aim is to exchange labels.
